1. Introduction

At TuneBeatz.com, we respect the rights of music creators, producers, and copyright holders. We only share, host, or promote music tracks that have been legally licensed to us, granted through direct permission from the artist(s), record labels, or authorized representatives.

This Music License Agreement outlines our compliance with copyright laws and confirms that all music made available on our platform is either:

  • Provided with express written consent from the copyright owner,
  • Distributed under a license or agreement that allows free public sharing, or
  • Sourced from the public domain or royalty-free content.

2. Permissions & Agreements

We have established agreements with artists, labels, and authorized distributors to ensure that:

  • We have permission to upload, share, and distribute their work on TuneBeatz.com.
  • We do not upload or distribute music without proper authorization.
  • We give full credit to the rightful owner of each track, including artist name and production details.

3. Content Verification

Before publishing any track on TuneBeatz.com:

  1. We confirm the authenticity of the permission granted.
  2. We keep signed agreements and/or written consent emails from artists and rights holders.
  3. We remove any content immediately if a valid copyright claim is received.

4. Copyright & Compliance

All music on TuneBeatz.com is protected by copyright law under The Copyright Act, 2005 (Act 690) of Ghana and international copyright treaties.

We comply with:

  • Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) (United States)
  • WIPO Copyright Treaty (Global)
  • Local and international copyright laws.
