The Journey of Kofi Jamar started in a lovely way. Derrick Osei Kuffour Prempeh known by his stage name Kofi Jamar is a Ghanaian musician from Kumasi. Kofi Jamar was recognized for his hit song ”Ekorso” where he teamed with the Asakaa boys Yaw Tog and YPee.
Jamar attended Bethel Preparatory School in Kumasi and continued his education at Asanteman Senior High School. Kofi Jamar was nominated in several categories at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards in 2021. He has collaborated with several artists like Strongman, Medikal, Stonebwoy, Kweku Flick, Tulenkey, Quamina MP, Teni, Ice Prince, and more. Kofi Jamar continued to release tracks and finally dropped another banger titled ‘On The Road’.
